We’re proud to announce that we have officially signed the Armed Forces Covenant, demonstrating our commitment to supporting the UK Armed Forces community. This pledge highlights our dedication to ensuring that those who serve or have served, along with their families, are treated fairly and with respect in society.
By signing this covenant, our organisation is now eligible to apply for the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Bronze Award. This award recognises employers who actively support Defence and encourage others to do the same.
The Covenant is more than just a pledge—it’s a living document that evolves as we strengthen our support for the Armed Forces. We’re excited to take this step and look forward to collaborating with other organisations to share ideas, best practices, and initiatives.
